I apologize for intrusion. I would have never uploaded without your explicit 
permission. You are the Maintainer and it is your call to decide what to do 
with the package. Please use my commits only as proof of concept and feel 
free to revert everything. I'm out, I won't touch your package again. No need 
to be territorial about it.

Though I'm very much surprised that you didn't like my (very careful and 
technically correct) changes. All of them or some particular ones?

Anyway no better way to install Firefox extension has been demonstrated 
yet...
