I mean that a current version of Enigmail (> 2.2) is also usable within
TB 60.x.
By this an update for Enigmail in stretch or buster could be done before
Thunderbird would be ready for stretch and buster. But this depends on
some extra work Daniel would need to do.

But in the end you can control the release of both packages anyway.
