ffmpeg status?

Yes, I've spoken to Diego about this (CC'ed), and he even suggested the
name ffmpeg-restricted. Therefore I'd like to rename the source package
again on the next upload.

Everyone okay? (now would be a good time to object ;)

Diego, what do you think about this?

FWIW, I don't see what problem is solved with that regrouping. however
now would be a good time to do such a change.

By using grep-dctrl to find all ffmpeg using packages in debian and
'grep' to detect if they are using ffmpeg-config. Then bugs need to be
filed against packages to stop using that.
