the latest version in cvs now lists this as a recommends.  we won't
be uploading immediately, as we're waiting on a version that fixes
an rc bug to make its way into sarge first.  note that i'm not
a nagios-pgsql user, so i'm making the dependency relationship
based upon the following:

	- nagios-pgsql does not need libdbd-pg-perl to function
	- most nagios-pgsql users probably want it, though.

if i'm mistaken about this, feel free to correct me.
