[pkg-nvidia-devel] Launchpad bug 280532: nvidia-settings crashed with SIGSEGV in g_cclosure_marshal_VOID__VOID()

Hi,

I wanted to bring up a fairly major issue in the "nvidia-settings" 
package -- it currently crashes 100% of the time in Ubuntu Intrepid, 
whenever one tries to save settings to xorg.conf.  This is a pretty huge 
blocker IMHO, particularly with 9 days to Ubuntu Intrepid's final release.

There's a bug filed on this issue at:
   https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-settings/+bug/280532
but I'm emailing this address (obtained from "apt-cache show 
nvidia-settings") because that bug hasn't gotten any attention from 
developers, and I wasn't sure if anyone was aware of it.

(I apologize if this is the wrong list to contact about this -- if so, 
let me know if there's a more appropriate place to bring this up.)
