I just tried your patch on the new 185.18.31 release, but it fails to apply:
patching file os-agp.c
Hunk #1 FAILED at 293.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file os-agp.c.rej
patching file nv-i2c.c
Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n]
Apply anyway? [n]
2 out of 2 hunks ignored -- saving rejects to file nv-i2c.c.rej
Can you verify whether a patch is still neccessary for 185.18.31 to work
with 2.6.31~rc? Eventually the necessary changes are already integrated
in the new release and no patch will be needed at all.
