Hm, does it make sense to upload packages that effectively don't work?  I
feel weird about that, and I'm not sure what getting them in sync will do
for us.  Is it to get an archived package into the archives?  I think
tagging things in Subversion would probably be good enough, to be sure
that we know where the sync point is.

I could be missing something, though.
