NVidia kernel drivers

Hi,

Sorry to bother you directly, but I wasn't sure where to find reliable
information.

I am running Debian testing and as part of the standard upgrade the kernel
got upgraded today. Unfortunately this broke nvidia (so I am running the
previous kernel for now) - hence my question: What is the current
recommended way to install nvidia (proprietary) drivers and keep them in
sync with new kernels?
