Short Answer: nvidia-glx + nvidia-kernel-dkms + linux-headers-2.6-*

Long Answer:
That was not much helpful information you provided. No version numbers
(driver, kernel, old, new, ...), error messages, etc.

To report a bug, use
   reportbug nvidia-glx
it collects information about your system that is useful to us
maintainers. Then describe the problem more properly, attach logfiles, ...

Current known issues: do not update MESA to the version in unstable
