NVIDIA and resume from suspend

I have opened a bug report on Debian bug tracker about resume from
suspend and GNOME Shell 3.14 where the wallpaper is not properly
refreshed:

Some people with Arch Linux are getting the same issue and think that
this is related to the proprietary NVIDIA driver:

I'm wondering if the bug #765436 shouldn't be redirected from package
gnome-shell to nvidia? Is that possible?
