slapd 2.5 does not remove load of back_hdb on upgrade from bullseye

Hi Ryan,

My bad, I should have seen the documentation in /usr/share/doc/slapd. 
Apparently I did not have apt-listchanges on this system, otherwise I 
would have seen the notice from the NEWS.Debian.gz file. That was what I 
expected. If this is also documented in the release notes, then it looks 
perfectly fine to me. Thanks!

By the way, I found this script helpful to migrate to MDB:
https://github.com/DSI-Universite-Rennes2/openldap-migrate-backend/blob/main/migrateOpenLDAP-to-MDB.sh
It just does not remove the load of the hdb module, so it's not enough. 
And then it's a bit annoying that slapd 2.4 does not yet support deletes 
for its dynamic configuration backend, otherwise this would be trivial.
