That's been already answered [0]:

    library/HLL.pbc
    library/P6Regex.pbc
    library/P6object.pbc
    library/PCT*
    library/Regex.pbc

The "move all the files" thing was just to try to not make it not rakudo 
specific. I mean, rakudo isn't the only language that is built upon parrot, 
and some of them may end up being packaged for Debian too. They may also 
have different requirements, and solving this issue for the more general 
case seemed more appropriate to me (and I ended up being blindly and 
uselessly too general).

Regarding the package name, I agree that it may not be the best choice of
words, but I couldn't come up with anything better (I also thought of
"parrot-library" but that seems to be a little confusing given the presence
of libparrot).

Anyway, take that patch just as, I don't know, an example / prototype / 
whatever.
