The tests on http://castle-engine.sourceforge.net/demo_models.php are
more versatile --- there are numerous 3D formats (VRML 1.0, 2.0, X3D,
also some Collada and 3DS) tested. Although a (small) subset of them
tests the extensions only available in Castle Game Engine/view3dscene,
but these can be clearly marked as such.

The tests on https://sourceforge.net/projects/x3d/ are also more
versatile, testing various features of VRML 2.0 and X3D. They are 100%
spec-complaint (well, at least they should be...), so are useful for
testing any VRML/X3D browser (like e.g. freewrl, also in Debian).

It's difficult to say for me do Debian users need/want them...
Probably not so much. But I wanted to let you know about them:)

They are not included in Castle Game Engine or view3dscene only for
size reasons. demo_models (tar.gz) weight 83 MB now. While view3scene
binary is < 4 MB. Castle Game Engine is 110 MB (and the majority of it
are CGE examples, with their example data...).
