[pkg-php-pear] Version 1.16.2-1 of Twig needs an upload

Given the time constraints to get the package into Jessie, I just
uploaded it (with two minor changes). Apologies Roland if I stepped into
your toes here.

Seems like twig used to be in Debian some time ago, did you already
check that none of the old issues still apply to the current package?

I noticed that Fabien signs his tags, does he also sign the tarballs?

P.-S.: looks like you started to work on a symfony 2.3.21 update. If
2.3.20+dfsg-1 moves to Jessie tomorrow, we may manage to push 2.3.21 in
time for Jessie (by uploading it tomorrow Sunday ASAP). Will you be able
to update the patches? I’ve quickly looked at the upstream changes, and
would be OK to upload an updated package (I believe there is something
clever to do in order to generate the new JSON files from Intl instead
of shipping the one provided upstream, but don’t mind postponing the
clever stuff for later).
