[pkg-php-pear] Version 1.16.2-1 of Twig needs an upload

That TWIG once was found in Debian was "The Web Information Gateway". It
was last seen in etch [1] and seems to no longer to be under any kind of
active development.
Besides the (src:) name, it has nothing in common with the Twig template
engine. But I just took a quick look to those bug reports and found
nothing that looks relevant for src:twig now found in Debian.

I already updated the patches in the wip-branch, but I'll get back to
you on this topic with a separate mail, soon.
