Following the initial plan, I’m going to push symfony 5.3 to unstable, 
starting with all its reverse(-build)-dependencies. Once done, I expect 
a few breakages on top of the already pointed Laraval one, that may 
require some work before allowing the symfony package to migrate to testing.

I’ll revert my changes to use php-email-validator > 3.1 in the mean time 
unless if that’s possible.
