This module contains files/mysqltuner.pl, which is packaged in the
"mysqltuner" package.
Optimally, it should have a dependency on mysqltuner and a symlink to
that file, but mysqltuner recommends the mysql-server package, and
that's a bit much to install (implicitly) for a trivial file dependency.
I'd go for adding a reference to it to debian/copyright instead. :)
There's also a new version recently available, 2.0.1
