[request-tracker-maintainers] RT::Authen::ExternalAuth packaged for Debian

Hi guys,

I've packaged RT::Authen::ExternalAuth for Debian for personal use, and
figure it'd be good to add it to Squeeze.  My git repo for it is here:

Anyone up to reviewing it?

I'm only a DM, so not able to upload new packages.  But I'm happy to be
a maintainer for it.
