[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#547586: installation breaks /etc/roundcube/debian-db.php

OK, it appears that the current dbconfig-common solves this problem. I 
suppose it's fixed by this change in 1.8.38:
  - fix for ucf/debconf/stdout redirection problems (closes: #435143).
