[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] Bug#653274: Bug#653274: jquery-ui missing

Any specific reason why it should be in roundcube-plugins-extra?

Anyway, it seems like its needed to make roundcube working correctly, 
so roundcube should depend on roundcube-plugins-extra I guess.
