Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

	I installed roundcube, roundcube-core, roundcube-pugins and roundcube-plugins-extra from testing on a new server
	I found that the installer subdirectory was not present, so I uploaded it from a round cube source tarball.  
	I navigated to roundcube/installer/ in a browser.  It reports that Net_IDNA2 is missing, and will not let me proceed.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
	I see in google that this should only be required when php5-intl is not installed, but php5query -s apache2 -m intl shows that it is enabled. 
   * What was the outcome of this action?
	So far I have not gotten round cube to work.  I have not completed manually configuring it to test if I can get past this error when not using the installer scripts. 
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
	I expect that the debian package would include the web-based installer, and that it would find the necessary pre-requisites
