Hey,

I refactored the roundcube-plugins-extra packge to be easier to update. I now 
relay on uscan to search and update the packages instad of doning the job by 
hand. Other than that I no moved the plugins to directories without their 
version in the directoy name.

debian/scripts/plugin.py searches for updates, download it and unpacks the 
tarballs for you.

Other than that, there were two updates of plugins:

fail2ban 1.2->1.3
sieverules 2.2 -> 2.3

And all linitan warnrings are now handeld (either fixed or added to linitian-
override file).

Please give it a look and give me response about it. If you think it is ready 
for upload than push it :)
