3.0.23d is a patch release, which is supposed to include "stability fixes
for winbindd".  Don't we have open bug reports about such issues?

I don't see any reason why we would want to wait until post-etch to upload
3.0.23d.  Of course, review/testing may turn up some regressions that would
cause us to want to hold it out of etch, but I think it's worth trying if
someone has time for it.
