shibboleth-resolver tarball mismatch

Hi.
So, I couldn't find an upstream tarball so I ran make dist myself.
In the past upstream didn't release a tarball for shibboleth-resolver.
I looked all throughout the download section on the website.

Unless you think the tarball in the pristine-tar branch is inaccurate, I
would not regenerate a tarball just to make it consistent with upstream,
but if you tell me where it is, I'll be happy to grab it if upstream
ever releases a new versio.
