[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug 348172 (sata spindown problems) still existing?

Hi,
I'm using Etch, and have a self-backported Kernel 2.6.24-4, running 
fine. But I still get messages about my sata disk not being properly 
spinned down when shutting down/hibernating.

Reads like this bug is fixed a long time ago. (fixed since
2.86.ds1-16, Etch has  2.86.ds1-38)

So, is the warning message I still get bogus and can be ignored, or is 
it the case that this fix, does not work with newer Kernels anymore?
