[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#471902: after hal is started, my tv/radio card (Hauppauge WinTV) starts to play radio

Package: hal
Version: 0.5.11~rc2-1
Severity: important

I think everything is said already. No idea why / how hald triggers the tv card,
but after "hald" is started during booting the radio starts playing. Disableing
this service and it does not happen, starting hal manually via its initscript
and the radio starts playing immediately.

regards
Michael
