invoke-rc.d: initscript asterisk, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing asterisk (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

asterisk
The postinst calls invoke-rc.d asterisk start which given it's already
running doesn't work.
The reason it fails is because the prerm fails which is ultimately
because /etc/init.d/asterisk stop fails.
I had to killall asterisk to get it to work though I can't now reproduce
it by going back to the 0.5.0 packages and upgrading again.
If there's anything you want me to try let me know.
