Did so.  The backport is already in stretch-backports and a branch and tag
pushed to the repository.

I have a few improvements for sid (e.g.  the identd thing I reported to the
BTS).  Considering you wish for more collaboration, I guess it's ok if I
implement them in Git directly?

Also, are you using cdbs intentionally, or only for historic reasons?

I do not know which team debacle proposed, but this morning I also wondered
why biboumi is in the VoIP team, not in the XMPP team ;).  But I do not know
enough about both teams to determine whether a move would be beneficial or
not.
