No, it does not matter.
We can upload -120 if we think that our 120th release is ok to be
uploaded.

People capable to do svn checkout and build their own package are not
silly, are they ? ;)

I think it make sense if we release out from svn (means: if we upload to
unstable or experimental). Otherwise, this a non sens, I think.

And by the way, the x.y notation is used for NMU.
