I have contacted Kovid
	https://github.com/python-mechanize/mechanize/issues/48
and he immediately fixed up the header statements in these two files,

This would settle the problem of the reject, I guess.

What do you suggest:
- wait for a new upstream
- include the commit as a debian patch
- create a new upstream that includes this commit
- simply document the fix in the copyright file
?

Concerning the other copyright holders, I guess you want me to revert to
the previous copyright file, and add all the other missing statements.
