[sane-devel] new umax backend version (1.0.6-build-32)

I released umax backend version 1.0.6 build 32:

  * added Nikon AX-110 as supported scanner (Vista S6E)
 
  * added umax.conf option "gamma-lsb-padded" with options:
    -1 = auto
    0 = inactive (msb padded)
    1 = active (lsb padded)
    activated for astra 1220s, internal 12 bit gamma correction does work now 

the version is in the sane cvs and on http://www.rauch-domain.de/sane-umax

The option "gamma-lsb-padded" may be interesting for other scanners too.
If your scanner does not produce usable data when you enable the
"custom gamma table" and set a bit depth larger than 8 then you should try
the new backend version and add the umax.conf line: "option gamma-lsb-padded 1"
Please give feedback when your scanner needs this option.
