Yes, but it's still not going to work until I also make a change to the SANE
backend.  It shouldn't be a major change, so I'll try to get to it 
tonight.

And don't worry about about about turning on debug to check for the 
"bad parameter" errors.  It is almost certainly due to my attempting 
to look for directories under the DCIM directory.
