[sane-devel] Status of new backends (canon_pp, canon630u, coolscan2, leo, teco1)

I have changed leo.desc and teco1.desc to :new now. 
I have also changed umax1220u.desc from :nw to :alpha as this backend
was in sane 1.0.7 already.

I hope everything is up-to-date now.
