[sane-devel] only selected backends

Hello.

the sane-backend package does not support any options to disable any backends.
We decided to do so because it would make more problems than it solves.

When you want to disable any backends then edit /usr/local/etc/sane.d/dll.conf
and comment out all backends that you don`t want to be started/queried.
