[sane-devel] HP 3200c

Julien,

I read in some documentation that the correct seting of parport is EPP. I tested it with others options but also my scanner wasn't recognized (none error messages were appeared too).
How could I isolate the problem?

Try changing the type of your parallel port in the BIOS to something
else than EPP (can't remember what the "normal" mode is... ECP
?). IIRC this is usually the cause of such messages.
