Dear All,

I tried the Canon LIDE 300 with sane-airscan by adding the OpenSuse repo:

echo 'deb
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/pzz/xUbuntu_20.04/ /' |
sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/home:pzz.list

curl -fsSL
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:pzz/xUbuntu_20.04/Release.key
| gpg --dearmor | sudo tee /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/home:pzz.gpg > /dev/null
sudo apt update

sudo apt install sane-airscan
sudo apt install ipp-usb

(this removes ippusbxd)

But again, no success:

simple-scan -d

installed correct.

So unfortunately, nothing. Rolled back & removed the ppa.
