[sane-devel] Progress on CanoScan D1250U2

Hi,
In 2003, *Norbert LATAILLE reported some progress on the Canoscan
D1250U2 scanner:

The report indicated that there was some test code that managed to
retrieve scan data.

Does anybody know of the whereabouts of that code or even if it still
exists?
It would be a shame if the code was lost. I picked up one of these
machines in a thrift store.

The address of *Norbert LATAILLE is not now valid so I cannot ask directly.
