[sane-devel] Problem starting the scanner.

This is an issue that we have seen elsewhere and there is an issue logged
onto GitLab: https://gitlab.com/sane-project/backends/-/issues/439

It appears that it might be a USB interface issue or a bug in the genesys
backend.
