[Soc-coordination] Weekly report 6 - OpenRC init system in Debian

Hi,

This is this week summary. :)

Summary for we have done:
  -- Make OpenRC installs to /lib (Debian Policy).
  -- Improve update-rc.d that make it work better.
  -- Add update-rc.d to support OpenRC(need replace manually).

Problem:
  -- Still have not solve shutdown and reboot issue.

Planning for next time:
  -- Testing and improve update-rc.d.
  -- Get a solution without modifying /etc/inittab(shutdown and reboot).
  -- Testing see if use /lib/lsb/init-functions to replace modify shebangs
init.d/*.
  -- Perhaps mentors have other requirements.
