[Debian-zh-dev] Some error in d-i-manual Chinese translation's homepage

Hi, Carlos,

There are two errors in the d-i-manual's Chinese translation's homepage:

1. "... ... CVS 代码库在 这里" has a URL link which points to an
error page shows:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/usr/share/gforge/www/scm/index.php on line 21

I think it should be a href of
https://alioth.debian.org/scm/?group_id=30296

2. "请优先翻译(welcome, hardware, preparing, using-d-i,
boot-new/modules, post-install, appendix, administrivia)章节。"
But there is no chapter named `modules', I think it should be `module' instead.

Would you please have a review on them? Maybe we can prevent some
possible problems in future.
