Dear chinese-developers folks,

I intend to pick up the package "qterm" and let it enter Debian Stretch.

This package was previously maintained by LI Daobing, who retired months ago.
I would like to have the new version released and bugs fixed under the Debian
Chinese Team umbrella.

The Git repository was and will continue to be under Debian Chinese Team 
(Alioth).

The RFS will be issued shortly.
