[Debian-zh-dev] Bug#850905: Song100 has a lot of replacement characters

Many missing characters (in GB2312) are found being replaced by its
components. This makes reading poems annoying. For example,

愁愤徒满胸，嵘［山＋“宏”去宀］不能齐。
未成一军已出战，驱逐急使缘［山佥］［山＋繁体“戏”字］。
我军免胄乞死所，承制面缚交涕［氵夷］。
何用草书夸神速，开卷［忄党］恍令人愁。

These characters should be replaced with proper Unicode characters by
looking up dictionaries or character data[1], or checking original
sources. The above example could be:

愁愤徒满胸，嵘𡵓不能齐。
未成一军已出战，驱逐急使缘崄巇。
我军免胄乞死所，承制面缚交涕洟。
何用草书夸神速，开卷戃恍令人愁。

Since they can be encoded in GBK or GB18030, it wouldn't be a problem
maintaining the .gb counterparts.
