Justification: really inappropriate content found in cookie files.

I'm really sorry that I overlooked some really inappropriate contents
in recently imported joke cookie file.

Some offensive cookies are included in fortunes-zh 2.8, especially
the one which starts with "有个妈妈对小女孩说".

I'm removing those cookies ASAP.
