[Debian-zh-dev] Bug#917971: RM: fortune-zh [all] -- RoQA; arch:all transitional NBS package

fortune-zh is a transitional arch:all package that is no longer built
from source. I believe that arch:all packages are not handled by the
auto-cruft tools.

Please remove this arch:all package only.

The source and a similarly named fortunes-zh binary package should not
be removed.
