Hi Roland,

please mention all copyright holder and license information in your debian/copyright.
At least Institut Laue Langevin for mcstas/* is missing and I am sure others as well.

Please also ask upstream to fix their license and copyright information.
For example CHANGES_McStas says: 
 We have decided to distribute the components and the other runtime code under the LGPL license
 (see the LGPL file under lib/

But mcstas/lib is a link to ../../common/lib, which contains a file COPYING, which is a link to ../../COPYING, which contains the GPL license.
This does not match at all with the contents of CHANGES_McStas
