I have ported the NSS work from Emilien Kia to Win32 and build it in the 2.6.5-4 package. Previous package have buggy OpenSSL support. NSS should work for SSL connection now. If you haven't configured SSL connection in NUT, the message you see is only informative. If you have configured SSL connection and you still see it, it's a bug or an error in your config files.
