[Nut-upsuser] nut server without nut-client/monitor?

I do have this on my home router. The router is connected to UPS via USB, 
but (AFAIK) it doesn't have any way to shut down itself. 
It provides UPS service to my NAS and home PC. So, I have nut-server there.

The only reason I'd have client or monitor there would be to look at UPS state 
or log it.
