[Nut-upsuser] got nut 2.8.1 but despite reinstall, shows 2.7.4

I guess this is because debian is currently frozen - the next release should 
come soon.

If you are able to create backport manually, go for it.

I do that very often, and it has the possibility to switch to debian 
packages when they are available.
