You are missing a colon here, actually you are missing colons for each
entry, i.e.:

  * [MODIFIED FILES]:
    [+|-] [MODIFICATIONS].

For the rest, it could be useless if we move to multi-arch anyway (just
to avoid double-work), as I wrote at:
