What kind of checks do you do?

I looked through the git commits to see if there are any new files
lacking a license and took a look at any possible database changes.

BTW: The latter will be interesting for the next release, since Kern
decided to do a compatibility  update to V16 of the database while
retaining the version. So we have to deal with a V16->V16 update script
in 9.2.1+.
